The best Indie Band this side of the universe. - Norm, Desperado Revue

The greatest American band is obviously Negative Tendencies - ALJ

The Negs do political music better than anyone. Get it on!

I believe they are the house band of the revolution. It might not be televised but it's on YouTube.   -
 jeffersonhairplan

We love you and we know you love us too! Get the protest movement singing! Wake up America!   - Free Forth

This is badass! The song has a solid groove, and I really like the rhythmic backing vocals. - Mike Lance (Nothing To Fear)

The best yet I think ... I agree, this is badass. I like the mallet sounding instrument running around here and there too- vibes? xylophone? haha As usual, the words are amazing! The title is wonderful and I especially like this -

"All our fantasies combined couldn't touch the truth
Timeless love, some kind of eternal youth" - Shoe City Sound (Nothing To Fear)

OMG!!!! This is the best thing you have ever posted! I'm extremely impressed. Excellent production and mix.The song is great and the performance by all band members is fantastic. The video ain’t shabby either. Killer track from start to finish and the vocals are on the money. The group has finally lived up to the hype!! :-)  - Richard Scotti (Sensation)

Fantastic! They should play this instead of ‘Hail to the Chief’! 😃   - Eileen Kimmins  (No Kings)

The performance of this song is intense. Representing such anger and fear. This is by far the most direct to the point* in your face* explicitly up front and typical for a Rock Star. It is belted out and almost a Holy plea for some sort of future peace. I can tell you really don't want a King. Great job FT  - Zeeza

Dude I watched your video for the tune "Fox News" I almost pissed my pants. Lol. Made my day. - Michael Putt

Scott Stambaugh your voice is awesome Scott. Reminds me of Neil Young, yet totally original -
Mark Hewer

Nice song man. I loved it! Great lyrics with a strong song structure. All truly good stuff.   You Rock!   - Stoneman (Let Your Feet Walk)

That's rockin! And so true.

My ancestors showed up here back in around 1760, good ole Woolrich, from the German area. My GranMa and GranPa were Irish, fleeing a Potato famine. Mixed in between on both my lines of descent are a bit of everything else.   -  Lyin Dan  (Statue)

That was the best yet, loved it, so catchy. I especially liked the little chuckle towards the end... I think you were just amazed how clever your own lyrics were. The "Fox News" chorus made me smile too.... and kudos on all the instrumentation guys :) I put it on my new JAWZAIR Station, the first of many International flights of fancy I hope.  - Plum Jam (Fox News)

I think you guys have found a wave you could ride to stardom. Congrats!  - Richard Scotti (Fox News)

You guys sound real good together.  - Bob Elliot

Another great one! - Shoe City Sound (Fox News)

Some great lines in this one.

"The seasons are changin', our problems the same

We're born to be losers, the knowledge ingrained

My back may be weary but it is not broken
Your dreams may be faded, but they are still there"

Those are pure gold.
Too Silo Complex

I agree with Ken. Negative Tendencies is turning out some extremely meaningful and timely lyrics that match the intensity of the music. This is a band to be reckoned with!

Cool song and video! The horror scenes were effective. I also like the classic monster movie footage! Some of those films (Night of the Living Dead, White Zombie) get annual viewing from in around Halloween season.

I like how heavy the James Bond riff sounds between verses. Intense stuff. - Mike Lance (The Paranoids)

that's incredible! I like the drum intro, and the lyrics are brilliant and cover so much ground there's a lot to think about and Truth in there. The video is very cool too. The guitar and instrumental outro was also a great way to lead the listener out of the story, and ponder just what the hell is happening. Brilliant!!! - Mark Hewer

Beatles vibe; Stones vibe; and a lot of greatness here - Larree

Goddamn! That song makes me want to jump off the Coronado bridge! - Javier (Social Spit)

Alyssa Slay

I can say, having listened to your development as an artist since we first met back in 2000 or 2001, whatever it was, that you have really grown as an artist, and you kick ass! -
Larree Hollywood

Wild Tomorrow offers up delectable serving of classic punk rock energy, with a surprisingly atmospheric finish. I am particularly fond of the subtle backing vocals coating the second verse. Your lyrics are eloquent as ever and permeated with some fantastic imagery. They express perhaps the greatest feeling any songwriter can experience; the killer song that writes itself. I've had many conversations with other artists who often describe the work they are most proud of to be one of these.

I must say, though, my favourite neg tune is Feuilles (Can't Wait). A completely different, but still powerful beast.
- Mike Lance

Love it! I was singing along to that last chorus. And the keyboard soloist was epic! - Larree (Your Own Little World)

I’ve run out of superlatives to describe every new Neg Ten song so I’ll just say you’ve got another winner.  - Richard Scotti

Best Neg Ten Song ever!!, lead singer is kicking it out as never before, the vocals are right there. great lyrics His singing is improving constantly and the energy he possesses is fantastic terrific and dynamic for sure. this is Rock in the true sense of the word, he delivers and so does the band, . The Harmonies are awesome, the band is tight tight tight and the guys are knocking it out of the arena, crowds are cheering screaming wanting more. love it!!!! - Bryon Tosoff (The Freedom To Not Get Shot)

Neg Ten rockin’ in the free world as always. You guys should have a record deal by now!! - Richard Scotti

Ha-ha, that was good to watch and listen to. I seem to remember you saying if you had the chance and money you'd have your own "Pin Ball Room" - now you can have this song playing in it non-stop !  - Verity (Pinball)

YOU are the pinball wizard, bro!   Excellent song!  - Larree

Very retro! I love it! You Rock! - Stoneman

This a great song! and the beginning catches you right there and then.   fab tune, I love it, your voice is really good your singing on point, too cool great vid

great driving mcCiver slobberknocker, punk rock edgy supra bass line .raunchy and killer guitar work, seriously bitching out vox - Bryon Tosoff (Rash Within Time)

Sincerely IMPRESSED!!! Killer bass line. Just carries the song. A different departure of subject matter for you guys. I thoroughly enjoyed. The melody is haunting. Hungering. Yet natural. I don’t know how else to describe it.would be cool to know the back story….“Sister Bernadette”. That is. I feel she is real…  - Bruce (Rhythm Kings)

it is a really good song. To my mind it's your best ever.  - Glenn (Lars Mars)

Most excellent! A very cool and inventive musical journey! - Larree (It's Too Late/Somebody To Love)

Slick vid, nice track, I subbed up and gave you a like too :) Well done. - Chris Hance

Great tune from Neg Ten! That hook's got one heck of an earworm, especially in the song's closing moments.   Mike Lance (Getting To The Bottom Of The Problem)

hi octane with intensity and rocking vibes, great listen added up to 3 stations V'cool - Bryon Tosoff

Neg Ten turns in a another winner! Great guitar work.  - Richard Scotti

First of all is truly high energy throughout. Starts off with a bang and never lets go. The guitars did some really great stuff especially in the jam out towards the end. Hats off to that drummer he's really got it! A simple hook that grabs you and keeps you singing it to yourself all day. Definitely one of their best! - Fade To Black

Great poetic quality and done with such fluidity, its brilliant in fact, you have a real talent there ,and sharing those genuine authentic heartfelt words. your ability to weave words is genius, very few have this ability in this day and age. Well crafted words and nice music too

Cool song. and being motivated inspired by one of the great seers of the past is a nice tribute. excellent work .- Bryon Tosoff (Contrary Wind)

I had to read through these lyrics a couple of times after hearing you sing them - what poetry! bonus that they go along with a wonderful song. I really admire how you've got a mind blowing concept in such plain honest language - To me it's talking about the fact that inspiration doesn't necessarily come at us in an obvious story book way. It's disguised and you have to assume you're right when you think you recognize it.

Also love the great bass line - seems to appear out of nowhere here and there.

This is really beautiful work - congrats - Shoe City Sound

Your best lyrics ever. A+  - Richard Scotti

The lyrics are great and so is the tune.  - Mike Lance

Stepping right out of the box with "Lull", Impressive!!  - Neil w Young

There’s obviously no lull in the Neg Ten trend of well written, well produced, well performed songs. I’ve used up all the appropriate superlatives for the songs of this band so for this one I’ll just give a grade: A+  - Richard Scotti  (Lull)

Couldn't agree more with these lyrics and OMG!!! I love this video hahahaha - Shoe City Sound

I hope my neighbors dug it as much as I did!  - Larree

Total BaddAss Jamm...Fantastic Video to go with it!! SWEET!! gOT IT kRANKED TO THE tOP!! =D  -  Seismo

I like your guitarist - Bob Elliott

Right on! You guys just keep pumping them out! Another good one!  - Larree (Letter)

Raw and hooky as always!  - Richard Scotti

Nice one! I love the vibe of Neg Ten songs. I was mesmerized by the video too. It was simple, but it felt like replaying or imagining a conversation in one's head during a long road trip. There's strange comfort in that, both in real life and in the video. - Mike Vance

Totally different for you guys - introspective and story telling - I like it! - Shoe City Sound

Enjoyed that! - The Humms

You guys - the tunes and the lyrics are always so great but the VIDEOS are inspired I swear. This one is the best one yet in my opinion.  - Shoe City Sound  (Mistake)

Yeah, that video is great. I always enjoy the silent / classic film scenes, and seeing the band was a surprise. I like the song too. Neg Ten always delivers those solid earworms. - Mike Lance

This is one of NT’s best but there are so many songs by this band worthy of that description that it’s hard to say. The video is gorgeous and really fits the lyrics of the song which are also brilliant. The whole project on every level is a major artistic accomplishment. Bravo, guys! - Richard Scotti  (Feuilles)

It's a good song Scott.., actually it's a great song.  - Sterling 30

Holy fuck, that's a good one. As soon as the drums and guitar kicked in I knew we were in for something great. Possibly my favourite song from you guys. That bridge is phenomenal. Made me think of The Flaming Lips with the ethereal harmonies. - Mike Lance

I feel this is the most powerful work I’ve listened to in the past ten years! The vocal is so spot on for this style. Better than great! Strong song, strong structure, and a deep message. You nailed this one.  Bruce (Rhythm Kings)

I'm listening to this daily. Seriously, that harmonized bridge is impressive. - Mike Lance
